An Intergenerational Learn-to-Play Event
Intergenerational Bocce
On September 25, 2022 we partnered with Prince Thomas of Savoy Social Club in Avon, CT for an event celebrating Intergenerational Month.
Teens and young adults enjoyed a high-energy event where they'll learn how to play bocce from the Italian masters of the sport.
'Teens' ages 12-18 and Young Adults 19-29
We partnered with Prince Thomas of Savoy Club, 32 Old Farms Rd., Avon, CT to co-host an intergenerational event like none other!
Teens and young adults were partnered with experienced adult bocce players age 50+ who are members of this Italian club. These men and women volunteers introduced the younger crowd to the sport of bocce and taught them the fundamental skills they needed to play the game.
Then each team of teens/young adults received one-on-one coaching from 2 mentors while they played a game on the 70-foot long court.

I, for myself, my child, and anyone entitled to act on my or my child's behalf, waive and release For All Ages and Prince Thomas of Savoy Social Club from any and all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this community event. I grant permission to For All Ages to use any photographs, videos, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
In addition, I understand that For All Ages has the right to decline participation in this event at its discretion for any reason it deems appropriate, including but not limited to, ensuring the safety of event attendees and the integrity of the program.
