Visit Harmony at the West Hartford Bear Fair!
'Harmony' represents our belief that social engagement is a basic human need and that, when we come together in harmony, we elevate each other and our communities.
Reflecting the theme of ‘Together in Harmony’, Harmony was designed and painted by an intergenerational team of Duncaster resident artists and Northwest Catholic High School art students.
Fittingly, Harmony's sneakers bear the logos of For All Ages, Duncaster, Northwest Catholic High School and West Hartford, CT.
We are grateful to Duncaster Retirement Community for sponsoring our bear, and to Northwest Catholic for their collaboration.
The Bear Fair Indoor Exhibit opened on November 23, 2021 at 9:30 am at Westfarms Mall. You can visit Harmony outside the entrance to JC Penney in front of the carved wood alphabet sculpture through January 2022.
